Most legal software is designed to account for one specific metric: billable hours. As a result, in-house legal teams end up “making do” with the same software the rest of their organization uses. The same spreadsheets, document storage, and other office solutions that serve Sales, Accounting, and Human Resources can be made to work for Legal, but we know there's a better way.
Join us on March 9th for a webinar hosted by LinkSquares Chief Legal Officer, Tim Parilla, and Head of Jameson Legal Tech, Jon Bartman. This conversation will be all about creating the ultimate tech stack for in-house legal teams. Tim and Jon will go over the types of legal software and how they bring efficiency to the job.
Register now and prepare to learn all about the types of legal software designed to benefit in-house legal teams, rather than private practices, from the best in the business.
Tim Parilla: As CLO at LinkSquares, Tim oversees LinkSquares’ legal posture and acts as a strategic advisor to the company’s management and corporate counsel customer base. He previously spent seven years as GC for DraftKings, where he scaled the legal function throughout numerous financing and fundraising rounds, litigation, and regulatory actions, at both the state and federal level, including the high profile challenges the company faced in 2015 alongside the explosion in popularity of daily fantasy sports and strategic acquisitions. Prior to DraftKings, Tim was GC for Everest Gaming, a European-based online poker and casino operator, and was also a founder of a company in the cryptocurrency space. Also safe to say that Tim is a phenomenal person to take with you to Vegas - he clearly knows his way around.

Jon has most recently been working very closely with the leadership team at a pre-seed Legal Practice Management Software solution.
