- What do you do at LinkSquares?
I am a Sr. People Success Partner! (Similar to a Human Resources Business Partner.)
- What does a typical day consist of for you?
It’s usually a mix of connecting with folks throughout the organization while gearing up for bigger projects such as performance management, recognition programs, and learning & development. I also am a leader for our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) committee as well as take part in various events we hold throughout the organization. During the day, I also like to sprinkle in research, such as catching up on trends within HR, leadership, business, and innovation for employees.
- What’s different about our People team?
The People Team at LinkSquares are truly strategic and valuable partners to the business. What does this mean? Elsewhere, HR Departments can be seen as the “fun police.” But not at LinkSquares. Our philosophy of educating and empowering our employees starts with building strong relationships across the organization while acting as mentors and sounding boards for our leaders. A bucket of measuring our success is up-leveling our workforce, in addition to keeping the business compliant and ensuring employees have top-notch benefits!
- Why did you choose LinkSquares over other options?
During the interview process, it started to become clear to me that each and every person I met with was a genuine, kind person that also embodied one of my favorite core values, Do What You Say. The common thread of commitment to bringing the organization to new levels while bringing one another up was obvious.
- What do you like to do in your free time?
I love spending time with my husband, our doggo, Bao, and our snake Saffron! We also spend lots of time outdoors, skiing, hiking & playing pickleball. As graduates of The Culinary Institute of America, cooking at home and traveling with great food and drink in mind.
