Employee Spotlight: Heather Soukas

Meet Heather Soukas, a Senior Technical Solutions Attorney here at LinkSquares and proud mom.

In addition to her busy role demoing our product and being an all-star sales engineer, she is also the mother of two one-year-old twins! Heather graciously gave us her insight into being a working mother in 2023 and what it’s like to be a parent at LinkSquares. Read on to learn more.

• What do you do at LinkSquares? 

I joined LinkSquares early last year as a Senior Technical Solutions Attorney. The TSAs operate as Sales Engineers and use our former practice experience to conduct product demonstrations.

• What is it like being a working parent at LinkSquares?

Growing up, I always wanted to be a parent, but nothing can prepare you for the surprise of being a first-time single parent of two. Having support from my colleagues and leadership made it so much easier. (Our CEO and CRO each welcomed their second child last year, and our Senior Director of Sales Strategy-my manager-coincidentally welcomed twins as well!)

• What are you currently working on?

The boys are turning one in a few weeks and I’m planning their first birthday party! Not usually my thing, but they’ve started making their interests and preferences known, which makes it a lot of fun.

• What do you like best about working at LinkSquares?

The best part of my job is the people that I work with. The relationships we build motivate me to go the extra mile for my team and I am fortunate to have them as resources for professional development. My role with the company has grown and changed so much; I love that every day is different.
