LinkSquares was included on Built In Boston’s 2022 Best Places To Work list. The annual awards program includes companies of all sizes, from startups to those in the enterprise, and honors both remote-first employers as well as companies in the eight largest tech markets across the United States. Inc. magazine revealed that LinkSquares was No. 19 on its third annual Inc. 5000 Regionals: Northeast list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies based in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 Regionals Northeast list had an average growth rate of 208% percent.

Winner! 2022 Artificial Intelligence Breakthrough Award
LinkSquares was recognized as the winner of the “Best Natural Language Generation Platform” award in the fifth annual AI Breakthrough Awards program conducted by AI Breakthrough, a leading market intelligence organization that recognizes the top companies, technologies, and products in the global Artificial Intelligence (AI) market today.
Our natural language processing (NLP) technology can parse and analyze entire sentences, paragraphs, and pages to understand their content and context, allowing a legal agreement to be broken down into its relevant clauses and key points. Inc. revealed LinkSquares as #379 on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. LinkSquares was also ranked #9 in Boston, #10 in Massachusetts, and #39 in the Software category. This is the second consecutive year on the list for LinkSquares.

We ranked #100 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ list, earning a top position for the second year in a row. The Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ is a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America, now in its 28th year. LinkSquares secured a top position on the list for the second year in a row, achieving over 2,000% subscription revenue growth in the last three years.
Named to The Inc. Power Partners List
LinkSquares was one of two legal technology companies represented on Inc.’s Power Partners List, recognizing B2B organizations across the globe that have proven track records supporting entrepreneurs and helping startups grow. Nominees were evaluated on commitment, reliability, trust, creativity, supportiveness, and other virtues that offer unmatched value to clients. Inc. also conducted surveys to gather client testimonials as part of the process.
Two Leaders Named Among The Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS
The honorees from Software Report’s Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS of 2022 list lead from a variety of positions across the C-suite and beyond, have been instrumental in driving their companies to innovate, and have demonstrated track records of success tackling the greatest challenges the software-as-a-service industry has to offer.
Juliette Kopecky, Chief Marketing Officer at LinkSquares, sets LinkSquares’ marketing strategy and vision, driving revenue and results through a data-centered approach. Her deep understanding of people, business, and how they intersect has enabled her to successfully build and scale LinkSquares’ marketing team – and has established her as a leader across SaaS, marketing, tech, and Boston communities.
Jessica Bicknell, Vice President of Customer Success at LinkSquares, oversees the company’s high-touch onboarding, scaling, and customer experience efforts. Jessica’s rapidly growing team ensures LinkSquares’ 800+ customers are supported and thriving throughout the entire post-sale lifecycle.
$100M Series C Funding Round
Last but certainly not least, in 2022 we announced a $100M Series C funding round. We raised this capital only nine months from our Series B, a true sign of the amazing future ahead. When it comes to contract lifecycle management (CLM), there has never been a better time to be a buyer. We closed this $100M, led by G Squared, with participation from new investor G2 Venture Partners and our existing investors.
