The end of the year is approaching, and what an incredible year it has been. We’re rounding out 2022 with a look back at everything we’ve been able to accomplish together.
In 2022, it didn’t feel like a week went by without a major new feature making its way into LinkSquares. From Finalize to Analyze to LinkSquares Sign and our out-of-the-box integrations, we supercharged our end-to-end contract lifecycle management (CLM) with the power of artificial intelligence (AI).
As Christine Sullivan, VP of Product says, “Everything we do comes back to how we anticipate and answer our customers’ needs. Our product strategy and roadmap are designed to ensure that we are not just delivering on the value our customers expect, but exceeding their expectations.”
We’re excited to give you this year’s highlights (in no particular order). These are the top 10 features that drive efficiencies, encourage collaboration, and build flexibility into your day-to-day.
LinkSquares Finalize
LinkSquares Finalize was built to help you write better contracts. And with your feedback, we’re continuously developing new ways that ensure your contract creation and review processes are as efficient and automated as possible.
AI-Powered Contract Review
Nothing says efficient and automated like our carefully crafted, built-in-house AI. AI in Finalize works the same way in Analyze with Smart Values. LinkSquares uses a proprietary algorithm to pull out key pieces of data from your contracts, called Smart Values, that gives you immediate insights into the contracts currently in review. This feature automates the first pass of your contract review.
Document Comparison
With Document Comparison, you can select the two documents you would like to compare, and LinkSquares will provide a Word version highlighting the changes between the two. Using Document Comparison, you maintain visibility into every turn of your contract by tracking all changes made during redlines.
Conditional Tasks
Ever wonder why it sometimes takes an agreement forever to get signed? Well, we had the same thought. With Conditional Tasks, you accelerate time-to-signature by adding conditional approvals and tasks into custom templates, eliminating the need for manual requests on every submission.
Enhanced Agreement Statuses
Enhanced Agreement Statuses in Finalize enable you to track your contracts and review processes with descriptive status names that better represent where your agreements are in their lifecycle. Instead of following a pre-defined flow, start the contract process where you want, move between statuses freely, and roll back to a preview status as needed.
Introducing...LinkSquares Sign
The latest addition to the LinkSquares platform, LinkSquares Sign helps you get agreements to signature faster, keeping your contract management under one roof and ending the hassle (and risk) of jumping between platforms.
In 2022, we launched LinkSquares Sign, an eSignature solution built natively into the LinkSquares platform for seamless end-to-end contract management that accelerates signature collection and provides greater visibility into the execution process. Customers with or without Finalize access can now send agreements for signature directly from LinkSquares Sign.
LinkSquares Analyze
We’ve built industry-leading AI into LinkSquares Analyze, so you can find answers fast by effortlessly extracting key contract data.
Smart Value Descriptions
With well over a hundred Smart Values, it can take a lot of work to track what each value means. Smart Value Descriptions provide definitions directly in the app, so you never miss a beat when it comes to legal knowledge.
Standard Contractual Clauses Smart Values
To help you stay GDPR compliant, we made it easy to update your Standard Contractual Clauses across your contract repository with the following 3 Smart Values: SCC Clause (Full Clause), SCC Addendum (Full Clause), and SCC New Language Updated (T/F).
Governing Summaries
We know your team spends countless hours searching for active language governing agreements. That’s why we built Governing Summaries that include automated suggestions based on selected source terms and parent-child relationships. The overarching summary lets your team align on the governing terms and act quickly without manually sifting through each document.
Integrations
Rather than adapting to new systems and switching back and forth, LinkSquares integrates with popular software platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Word so you and your cross-functional stakeholders can stay in the tools you love.
Analyze API
LinkSquares is built to give you the flexibility you need, and the Analyze API was built with the same thought in mind. With the API, unlock the power of your contract data anywhere whether it's within LinkSquares or another third-party system. You can integrate Analyze with your business systems of choice and import legacy contracts hiding in your systems into Analyze to centralize your contract repository. Moreover, you can also export key contract terms and data from Analyze into cross-departmental tools, so teams have the data they need without the legal bottleneck.
LinkSquares Finalize for Microsoft Word
Is Microsoft Word your agreement drafting sidekick? We thought as much. With LinkSquares Finalize for Microsoft Word, you can bring the power of LinkSquares to Microsoft Word. Draft, review, and approve agreements without leaving Microsoft Word — whether you work on your desktop or in your browser.
Did you make it through all of that? Extra brownie points if you did.
We’ll leave you with some closing thoughts from Christine Sullivan, VP of Product: “We are beyond grateful for the relationships we have with our customers and the input and ideas you bring to us. We are excited to keep talking to you and to keep hearing from you in 2023.”
