Vishal Sunak, who has served as CEO since co-founding LinkSquares in 2015, has stepped down from his daily responsibilities and will remain closely connected to the business as a founding board member and advisor to the leadership team. His vision and contributions over the past decade have been instrumental in establishing LinkSquares as a leader in the contract management category, and the team is grateful for his dedication and passion over the last decade.

Chris is uniquely positioned to take on this role, bringing deep expertise in LinkSquares' business and unmatched relationships within the global legal technology community. His proven leadership and commitment to the company’s mission made him a natural choice for this position. Chris and Vishal will continue to collaborate closely to build on the company’s momentum and market leadership as one of the largest companies in the contract lifecycle management (CLM) industry.
