Of the 55 contract management vendors assessed, LinkSquares placed second overall thanks to exceptional scores across the two key metrics: Satisfaction and Market Presence\*.  LinkSquares achieved a Satisfaction score of 93 – the second highest in the report – a result of strong ratings in Quality of Support (98%), Ease of Doing Business With (98%), Ease of Use (93%), and Meets Requirements (93%).  “One of the four core values at LinkSquares is ‘Customer Driven,’ and these satisfaction scores are a reflection of our team’s commitment to that,” says Nick Mandonas, Sr. Director of Customer Success. “Of course, you don’t get this kind of success without incredible customers who partner closely with us to both determine their contract management goals and work to achieve them.”  ![G2](https://blog.linksquares.com/hs-fs/hubfs/G2.png?width=668&height=350&name=G2.png) Along with high ratings across the satisfaction metrics, customers gave the LinkSquares product equally strong marks.
