G2 Names LinkSquares a Contract Management Leader for the Fifth Consecutive Quarter

G2 recently released their Grid Report for Contract Management | Winter 2023, and we’re proud to share that we have been named a contract management Leader for the fifth consecutive quarter! Of the 55 contract management vendors assessed, LinkSquares placed second overall thanks to exceptional scores across the two key metrics: Satisfaction and Market Presence*. 

LinkSquares achieved a Satisfaction score of 93 – the second highest in the report – a result of strong ratings in Quality of Support (98%), Ease of Doing Business With (98%), Ease of Use (93%), and Meets Requirements (93%).

Along with high ratings across the satisfaction metrics, customers gave the LinkSquares product equally strong marks. Of the 191 customer reviews used in the Winter 2023 report, our Contract Database approval stood at 96%, our Contract Collaboration capabilities at 94%, and Contract Creation functionality at 91%. What’s more, our customers like what the LinkSquares product team is cooking up, with 95% of customers believing that the platform is heading in the right direction and 94% saying they would recommend us.
