From prestigious awards to groundbreaking product enhancements, this year has been nothing short of remarkable.

In 2025, over 1,300 teams took their contract management to the next level by partnering with LinkSquares. In total, these teams trusted LinkSquares with 13,000,000 contracts, where our platform highlighted immediate risk, redlined with precision, simplified communication, boosted transparency, and stored with confidence. From those same contracts, LinkSquares extracted nearly one billion unique anonymous terms, becoming stronger, more accurate, and more timely for the contracts it will analyze in 2026 and beyond. But perhaps most importantly, these teams saved more than 800,000 hours on manual contract review – freeing bandwidth and lowering outside counsel spend with unparalleled accuracy.

Our leadership in AI was a major theme in this year’s accolades. LinkSquares was recognized as a Top 25 AI Company of 2025 and a Top 50 Software Company of 2025. The AI Breakthrough Awards named us the Decision Management Company of the Year”, while LegalTech Breakthrough honored us as the Contract Management Company of the Year”. Pioneering the Future with AI Innovation

2025 was the year we enhanced our AI offering and redefined its role in contract management. We moved beyond simple automation to introduce intelligent, proactive AI that acts as a strategic partner for legal and business teams.

Introducing LinkAI and Agentic AI

This year saw the strengthening of our AI engine, LinkAI, transforming it into the core of our platform. Building on that foundation, we unveiled a game-changing development: Agentic AI for Contract Management. This introduced a conversational interface that allows users to interact naturally with their contracts, asking complex questions and receiving instant, accurate answers. It’s like having a contract expert on call 24/7, saving valuable time and cutting down on external counsel spend.

Autonomous Agents for Proactive Contract Management

We took AI's potential a step further with the launch of Autonomous AI Agents. These agents work proactively in the background to manage contract insights and reduce risk. Instead of waiting for you to search for information, these agents monitor your contract portfolio, identify potential issues, and bring them to your attention before they become real problems.

One of the most powerful examples is our AI-Powered Risk Scoring Agent. This tool automatically analyzes new and existing agreements, assigns a risk score based on predefined criteria, and flags contracts that require immediate review. This automates a critical but time-consuming aspect of risk management, freeing up teams to focus on more strategic initiatives.

From Data to Decisions with Executive Insights

Understanding that the value of contracts extends far beyond the legal department, we launched the Executive Insights Dashboard. This powerful tool transforms contract data into clear, actionable business intelligence. It provides leaders across the organization with a high-level view of key metrics, risks, and opportunities hidden within their contracts, enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making.

Building a Stronger Foundation for Growth

A company's success is driven by its people. In 2025, we made strategic additions and changes to our leadership team to steer our next phase of growth and innovation.

The year began as Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer, Chris Combs was appointed CEO, bringing his deep product knowledge and founding vision to the company's helm. We bolstered our global leadership team with two key appointments: James Newman joined us as Vice President of Sales to drive our strategic expansion, while Kellie Snyder stepped in as our new Chief Customer Officer to enhance our customer experience and support. Kellie’s expertise is instrumental in ensuring our customers not only succeed, but thrive with LinkSquares.

Our commitment to customer success is already delivering tangible results. A recent study commissioned by LinkSquares and conducted by Forrester Consulting revealed that LinkSquares' CLM solution delivered an impressive 360% ROI for a composite organization representative of interviewed customers. This impressive figure validates our approach: building technology that delivers real, measurable value across the organization.
