I’m Kellie Snyder, and as the new Chief Customer Officer at LinkSquares, I’m honored to work with our customers and our product to reach new heights in CLM. With my first 90 days now complete, it is hard to believe we are also quickly approaching the end of 2025. Before we charge ahead into the holiday season and 2026, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on this last year and share a few things I find most compelling about LinkSquares. 

My conversations over the last three months with customers have reinforced my pride in the LinkSquares team and our mission to help you succeed. Naturally, AI is playing a vital role in providing the best capabilities for contract lifecycle management.

In my first days, I immediately immersed myself in our product to better understand where we are, where we’re heading, and where we’ll need to push the product even further. But as a beacon and advocate for the human-in-the-loop, LinkSquares’ models are enhanced with 6M+ human annotations from real contract reviews.
