Erin O'Leary is an Enterprise Sales Director and a LinkSquares OG. She joined the LinkSquad back in 2018 and has never looked back since.
When she’s not busy helping clients and crushing sales goals, you can find Erin exploring Boston-based favorites like assembly row and Medford’s Middlesex Fells Reservation. She has recently adopted pickleball and enjoys any chance to spend time adventuring with her two pups.

- What do you do at LinkSquares?
I’m an Enterprise Sales Director.
- What does a typical day consist of for you?
My day-to-day typically involves a mix of tasks, including checking emails, meeting with the sales team, conducting client calls and meetings, reviewing sales performance, analyzing data, and training the team to improve their skills and techniques.
- What’s different about our Sales team?
Our sales team is the most supportive team I have been a part of. We have an “All In” mentality and you always feel like you are a part of something bigger. Everything you do has meaning and everyone is there to support you in your own career growth along the way.
- Why did you choose LinkSquares over other options?
I have been here since the start when we were just 15 employees. I believe I was number 12. Back then, I joined because I wanted to be a part of a high-growth startup. Looking at the leadership we had in place and the product I felt confident we were going to succeed and now with 400+ employees and over 1,000 clients, I have never been more confident in my decision back in 2018.
- What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I typically find myself playing pickleball with friends in Assembly Row. It’s a new hobby I picked up and I love it. On the weekends I love going to parks as well. I live across the street from the Middlesex Fells Reservation in Medford and I love going on walks with my two pups.
