Bowie is a person with many talents, interests, and hobbies. His day job involves lots of one-on-one time with new hires on the Revenue Operations and Implementation teams and deep dives into developing training content.
During his job search, it was important to Bowie to find a work culture that embraces growth, inclusivity, and creativity. He is a member of the Employee Resource Group (ERG), LinksQueers, and is also on the DEI&B (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging) Committee.
When he’s off the clock, Bowie is just as busy. He’s published two horror novels, speaks eleven languages, cross-stitches, and still has time to hang out with his husband and two dogs.
Learn more about Bowie and his experience at LinkSquares in his own words.
I am on the Training and Enablement team. I assist in training employees across Revenue Operations, but my primary focus is training the Implementation team in our Customer Success department.
I spend my days at LinkSquares growing the talent on our Implementation team, onboarding new hires, and developing training content to help build the best customer success team in the business. On a typical day, I may conduct mock calls with Implementation Consultants, write training guides, and schedule training sessions for new hires.
Our enablement team has significant experience not only in learning and development but also in the roles that we enable, which provides a more well-rounded enablement experience for LinkSquares employees.
I chose LinkSquares because I thrive in a startup environment and want to be part of a company that values growth and culture. I strive to be a part of something bigger than myself, and LinkSquares offered that opportunity.
I spend my free time writing horror novels (I have published two so far!), learning languages (I speak eleven!), reading, cross-stitching, and spending time with my husband and our two dogs.
